Responsible for the budget preparation for Quotation Project or Execution Project (Hi-tech).
To monitor manpower spent & collect all project cost status and report to PM

To review Vendor/Sub-contractor change order claim and clarify with them
To prepare and estimate the cost impact of change order to Client
To prepare and collect the evidence of progress payment and discuss with Client
To prepare project cost close-out report

To monitor the delivery status of the Equipment, Material and Other Supply
To prepare and estimate the schedule impact of change order to Client
To prepare and collect the evidence of progress payment and discuss with Client
To highlight the critical path schedule status with all team member to ensure project can complete as plan
To prepare any detailed schedule as per requested, like permit application/building…...etc.

B. Project Manager (Hi-Tech)
地點: 台北總部
教育程度: 大學/碩士
科系: 工程學科相關
語言: Fluent in English

Develop project execution plan including project strategy, coordination, planning and cost control, etc.
Act as project leading role communicating with client
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring tasks are executed on time, within scope and within budget
Support project permitting process
Coordinate engineering resources to finalize design package
Direct procurement and subcontracting process
Build and maintain relationship with client, contractors and equipment manufacturers
Support construction execution
Responsible for project reporting and schedule/cost tracking. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and escalate issues to management as needed
Responsible for project stakeholder management
Responsible for construction variation/change order management
Support contractor/supplier management with Construction Team & Procurement Team
Identify and highlight project critical path to project team

Must have:

Project manager working experience in Semi-conductor industry EPC project
Flexible working attitude

Good to have:

10+ years of experience in high tech. facility system or data center, like high-Tech Cleanroom or Cleanroom Interior construction or relevant work experience.

C. Project Control Manager (Refinery/Petrochemicals)

To be responsible to establish project WBS, cost control, schedule control and progress measurement mechanism
To support and prepare back-up documents for weekly and monthly project reports
To coordinate with the project management team for change management, risk management and general project associated activities which associates project control field
Cooperation management ( Internal requirement and outer requirement)

Must have:

High mobility, working location will be changed based on assignment
Degree level in Engineering discipline min 6~10 years’ experience in a related environment (Refinery/Petrochemicals )
Language and cultural awareness (fluent Chinese Mandarin and English)
Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Primavera Risk (preferred)
People Management skills
